what options do i have?

i am lookin to buy an Abit NF7-S (V2.0) - nForce2 -400FSB USB2+A133/SATA+Dual DDR400+AGP8x

it says on the webpage at www.scan.co.uk it has

does this mean that i can buy unregistered RAM but i would have to have two mem stix instead???
