Mofset and NB cookin

Ive had to back my fsb back down to 190 lately as the summer heat approaches. I did it because it would crash and give me memory dump errors. I just felt the mofsets and they are really cookin. I cant hold my finger on them for more than a second or two. And the nb has seemed much warmer than normal as well. Im thinking of getting a chipset cooler for the nb and putting some ramsinks on the mofset. Do any of you think this would help much to get me back up to 200 fsb? Thanks
