How do you lock the AGP/PCI on a P4T533-C?

Yes, the one that supports PC-1066 RDRAM. I was originally thinking that it was my ValueRAM holding me back on some overclocking, but I think that if I lock the AGP and PCI bus speeds I may be able to squeeze out an extra few cycles from my system.
