nf2+amd overclocking=stuttering

every time i try to overclock i get stuttering in games, same thing happens with two different systems. nf7-s rev 2.0 + 2500+, and 8rda+ + xp2000.(memory= corsair433 256ddr, twinmos(twinmos chip)400 256ddr, psu=enermax 431watt, generic 400watt) temps of both systems are around 40c. im running xpsp1. really need help with this anoying problem. my cpu-s beg to be overclocked :)))

you dont have to keep posting the same question in more then 1 section. if you like you can split up the board and chip combo and post those in their own sections.
