Athalon XP 1700+ should do 1.4GHz but all I can get is 1.26Ghz with clock set 115. Any higher and it usually won't boot and if it does in several minutes it locks up and I have to punch the reboot button. Hate doing those cold shut downs . . . . What else do I need to set in the BIOS? I have it set to jumperless. All I want out of it is what it should do 1.4GHz.

Saturday AM. I set the all jumpers to pins 1 & 2 and immediately got 1466Mhz, so we're good to go. Didn't change anything in the BIOS.
