heat readings?

how accurate are the heat readings on a GA-6vtxe(-A) board. I wasnt able to find it on the gigabyte website or the book that came with the board
 
hmm, im guessing most people have got rid of their old socket 370 boards, is there any way i can find out how accurate my temps are?
