In the bios you under "Frequency/Voltage Control" you will find "DRAM Frequency". When you select DRAM Frequency a menu will pop-up with different frequencies (eg. AUTO, 200Mhz, 266Mhz, 333Mhz, 400Mhz, etc.). Keep in mind the "DDR Clock(Mhz) reading will not change until the after you save settings and reboot.

Also keep in mind, these are the result of dividers. If you change the fsb it will affect the DRAM Clock. I have my DRAM Frequency set to 266, but when I OC my fsb to 166 (See Rig 1 below) my memory runs at 333.
