EXOS or HydroCool?

Im planning to go with watercooling this summer
need an external kit because my case is a med and just isnt big enuf

havent been able to find HydroCool in canada
nor EXOS

but incase if i do, which one should i get?
i saw the testing results on the CPU DIE temp page of Overclockers.com

but i dont like loud noises

is the EXOS loud at speeds lower than 100%?

From what I understand, EXOS is better than HydroCool.

Yeah, you can get EXOS really cheap at one place i cant remember what it was called. It was like $200 including the water block which really isnt too bad with a $80 case... Good luck, i passed up on the EXOS to make a fridge cooled system only to break my fridge. Now i need to replace :-(
