you can pull of your heatsink if you use thermal greese or a pad... it's not permanent....
if you're using something permanent such as arctic silver epoxy(don't see why you would for a cpu) removing the heatsink would not be posible since it's permanent....
nah... I've never had any problem removing heatsinks that were applied using a thermal epoxy. Removing the EPOXY is definitely a chore... but you can usually twist and turn the heatsink enough to get it loose.
