Southbridge heatsink cheapy?

I have already seen how to attach it from other posts (I'll go with the supper glue on coners) but what kind of heatsink shoud I use? I currently have the bottom half of a crystal orb free or I could get a nb heatsink off of an old msi board I have. Do you think the msi would be better becase it has fins?
