Samsung 17" 753 DFX U$213

samsung makes a good monitor, if it were my $200 I'd go with this one.

I would go with the Monitor Samsung 17" 753 V U$178

But if you are in a budget and you will be buying from a USA online store maybe you should look in to those once leased monitors they sell. You'll get a really good monitor at a great price. At most they'll have a scratch or two on the plastic molding.
