better heatsink

I have a 1333 athlon and a thermaltake volcano 7 on it. It has a sensor on it to control fan speeds, how can I make it run at full speed all the time without buying a fan controller?

Also I need a recommendation for a good heatsink for the same CPU.

Or maybe a new fan for the heatsink?

If you don't care about the fan I would cut off the sensor and just twist the two wires together. That should tell the fan to run at full.
