loosing sound and nic

Recently my 8rda+ started to mess around with me. When the board temp reached appr 38C or above the onboard sound and onboard nic didn't work. My board revision is 1.1 and this problem is pi ssing me off . Is anyone else has this problem?

Yes, it happens when southbridge is overheating. You should put some passive or active heatsink on it.
