What do u guys think is better cooling for my NorthBridge?

1.A Vantec Iceberg Pro 4 (Copper)

2.Zalman NorthBridge Heatsink (Aluminum) and a 40mm fan

3.COOLJAG JAC313C (Copper)

I'm thinking the COOLJAG cuz it has a copper base and the most powerful fan of the 2. Does anyone have have any insight on this?

I'm sure the Cooljag will do you better than the other two options, however may present more challenges when trying to mount it, as it isn't designed for this use. However, it'll give you some sweet temps (and maybe some sweet ear ringing, because most 1U server heatsinks are loud mothers).

It's really a cpu HSF but it's 60mm squared and I think 10mm thick so it should fit on the NB provided u have the space.
