SLK 900u installation method for P4

I have an SLK900u on a P4 3.0C and I was wondering what method of retention I should use.
For p4s there are two:
You can use the metal clips and just use the plastic square around the CPU, or you can use the spring loaded screws and the bracket that comes with the HS on the bottom of the motherboard.


Is there really any difference? Or is it just what ever is easier?

If you move your pc around(take it to lans etc) then use the screws, in any case I would use the screws because of the weight of the cooler.

I think you're also supposed to use the screws if you use a fan larger than 8cm, also because of the weight.
