Vio Voltage?

what is vio voltage? my hardware monitor shows it going too high.. it's not constantly over the warning level, but it jumps over it constantly.. i really have no clue what it is and i want to fix the problem hehe, where would i do this?

oh, and im sorry if this question has been asked billions of times, but i couldnt help making a thread because "vio" is under 4 characters and can't be searched.. also, i didnt really know which section of the forum this should go in, but since hardware monitor picked it up i guessed the motherboard sections would be the appropriate place. thanks in advance

how do you do that?

When a word is under 4 letters, you add as many *s as you need.

IE: VIO*
