Vantec HDD Cooler

Im sorry if this is the wrong place bc this has to do with cooling, cases, and hdds. Anyway does anyone know if this http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.asp?DEPA=&submit=Go&description=VANTEC+Aluminum+Hard will fit in a Xaser III case normally (e.g. by still using the tooles hdd rails?)?

Universal for Any Case

I have one in my computer that I've had for a year. The only problem that I see is if you have limited space for hard drives. You can't put one directly underneath it. If you have plenty of space like I do then there nice to have. Also you need to clean more often because the fans attract dust.
