I have a Barton 2500+ with a slk900, artic silver II, and tornado running at 2,300rppm. My Vcore is 1.76-1.78 under load. The MB is a abit nf7-s and it is in a InWin 24" Q500 case with 3 case fans and an enermax 350W PSU.

I belive my temps are too high, my case is 24c idle, and 26c under load. But my cpu is 43 idle and 48-49 under load (prime95). speed: (12X170)

From the reviews I have read, this cpu should not be breaking 40c.

Are these temps good or bad, and does anyone have a sugestion on how I could bring them down.?????

umm.. well when you have the vcore up that high it is gonna be that hot, looks normal to me and you have AS2 instead of AS3, that is atleast 2°C there. Besides to get low 40's for load most people have there fan atleast 3,000rpm.

Well I finally figured out problem, needed to update bios.

The bios was giving false temps and making computer unstable.

Now under load at 1.85volts and 2315mhz I am below 40c and rock stable.

Tornado is still at 2300rpm :)
