Falling Heat Sinks

I just replaced my chipset heatsink with a bigger and much heavier one, I applied the bonding agent accordingly and now I'm worried about that darn thing falling on my 300 dollar video card. Has anyone else had a problem like this or do heatsinks tend to stick? Thanks, appreciat any imput.

they tend to stick....but how heavy is this heatsink, and what bonding agent did you use?

it should stay as long as put the bonding stuff properly

How heavy is the sink?
As long as it isn't massive, the epoxy should hold it.
