Peltiers

I'm about to buy a peltier but I don't know which one to get. I did hear about a specific brand that did not have an condensation as a bi-product, I just can't remember the name. If anybody has any recommendations or any links I would greatly appreciate them. Thanks in advance.

it doesn't matter which brand you get, just buy a bottle of neoprene and use it in the area outside where the CPU will be contancting the peltier
