Does this mean I have to buy a fan for it?? and if so... what kind of fan do they mean??

Yes you will have to supply a fan for it. Can be used with 60MM, 70MM, or 80MM fans. Check out fans at SVC. You can get a good price for them thier. ( http://www.svc.com/fans1.html )

not to be rude... but that is an sk-7. the slk-700 is the slk-800 designed for the tmd magnetic hub fan

get a smart fan 2 or vantec if you're gonna oc a lot...but the TMD fan works well and is quiet...the other two will help drop your temps better tho...at the price of some noise...
