yeh the blower has a lower cfm but a higher air and pressure and no dead spot on the hsf, dunno if it helps though

Almost all the reviews I have read about this say its very loud. I don't agree with this at all. I use one in my wife's computer and its damn near silent, even at full speed. It does have a new sound to it not like any other fans I have but it works pretty good. Her comp isn't overlocked so I'm not sure how it would work on an o/c machine.

i was thinking about getting 2 of them for me and my son since we dont have ac in the house and when its hot the comps run near 50 deg celcius and it makes me nervous when they run the hot so but i dont know yet

Great? We need more information. Processor used, clockspeed, voltage, ambient temperature, mobo type (and how much lower it is from real temperature).
