getting rid of the Thermaltake Volcano 7+ wine

I don't know if this has been posted here. You know that wining noise that the Volcano 7+ makes on medium and high setting. To get rid of it take the fancy finger gaurd off the fan. It will sound so much better and it might cool better since that winig noise was air turbulance from the guard.

helps with volcano 9's too, i guess with any Tt fan with a similar grill
