What one of these boards is better? I am gonna use pc3500 512mb Hyper-X, 2.6c P4, and a Radeon 9500. Are there any other boards that are better?

Unless you have a specific problem or want that only the IC-7 can meet, I'd go with the IS-7.

I'm using almost the exact same hardware in the rig I'm building, and I chose the IC-7G for 1 1/2 reasons: I'm using a Zalman ZM-80A HP cooler on the Radeon 9500 Pro, and there is more clearance between the AGP slot and northbridge on the IC-7 than on the IS-7.

Oh and the half reason is I liked the black PCB better. ;)
