I was just wondering maybe putting something like a tornado fuel saver on a cpu fan would make the cooling any better? or would it just restrict the air flow?

Heh... Wouldn't help much. It is intended to be used with a lot more air than a PC would provide.

I would, however, like to see some experiments using the Venturi effect used in carberatours (sp..)
