ASIII vs OCZ Ultra II

At xoxide it plainly says (in a list box when youre buying a HSF)

Is this true? Anyone try it? Why are they the same price? I didnt even notice when i was buying (partially because i was trying to make it because X-hour was ending - lol it still hasnt ended though).

i've read about the ocz ultra II being better than asIII but im not sure.
