It'll probably be on par with thermalright's SK series, but not on par with the SLK series.

This is just a thick base with copper fins. A good design, to be sure. It's the same type of design as thermalright's SK series.

Thermalright's SLK series has a different design.

Note that the 'base" extends up almost to the top of the heatsink in the center. This thick copper moves more heat up to the top, so no parts of the fins are too far away from the heat. This means much better heat transfer to the fins, and thus better cooling.

The only other heatsinks using a similar strategy are thermalright's AX-7 (478), AVC sunflower, and the vantec aeroflow.
