i have an amd chipset k6-2 400 mhz and i can not overclock it more than 450 mhz. i am using a pci video card s3 with 1 mb memory and two dimm of 32mb each.please help?

The K6-2 is not a real good overclocker. Check your motherboard manual and see what settings you can tinker with, and try a heavy-duty fan/hs.
