is it? I thought the stepping JIUHB and the last letter B determined it as a tbred B

wtf, so the chip i am using atm is a "B"?!?!? i thought b's ran at 1.5v... i have a jiuhb dut3c and it is at 1.6v at default voltage... we need someone to clear this up once and for all... i remember when the 1.5v chips came out it was said that they were just the mobile tbreds. there is a good chance i don't know what the hell i'm talking about, but if we can explicitly define what comprises a tbred b and a tbred a it would be great.

These chips are 41 dollars at newegg now which just made me order one, I put in the 1 year warrenty for an extra 5 bucks, so 46 bucks shipped isnt a bad deal.

Tbred B can run at 1.5 and 1.6 V. It depends on who made it and when.

if its $45 from a respected retailer like newegg or $51 from some dude on eGay (not to mention no warranty), wouldn't that be a better deal?

There are to flavors of tbredB. The DUT3C version which are 1.6v. And the DLT3C version which are 1.5v. All TbredB's stepping will end in B hence AUIHB and JUIHB.

The TbredA's are DLT3C but their stepping ends in an A.

All TbredB's overclock pretty well. But the DL 1.5v B's have a better chance of getting above 2.3ghz
