Really cheap, yet efficient, case fans?

Any case fans out there that are cheap (less than a $1), but powerful - not noisy though. I dont care about LED's like that (unless its cheap and efficient).

The Panaflo L1A's are about $3/each. I guess thats not bad - but are there any cheaper?

Also, whats the best cheap 120mm fan? I've been wanting to get one of these for a while.

I got 10 NMB 92mm fans for .38 cents each at directron.

I haven't used mine yet, but larva likes his.

Not exactly $1 but for around $4-$5 the antec 80mm's are pretty decent for the price.
