Overclocking 9700pro

I just downloaded and installed Rage3d Tweak, what is the default stock speeds? and what should my card overclock to approximately?

the stock speeds off a 9700pro is 325 for gpu and 310 for ram im not sure how much u maybe able to reach but if u check in the "if u own a radeon post here" that thread will show u clock rates, that should give u a general idea off how much ur card would do
