Sorry man, but you have stumbled upon perhaps the biggest joke in the cpu cooling arena :D

Those things ARE better than sticking...oh, say a stick of frozen butter on your cpu.

But not by much. ;)

I've heard that it tends to explode from the pressure at around 50-60c :eek:
 
I don't think it matters all that much that it's been posted before (as long as it's not been posted about too much). Some people haven't seen it before, and some people change their opinions on things. Don't get me wrong, we definately don't need 20 threads on the same product. But, sometimes a new opinion/experience may make people take a second look.

BTW. From what I've seen, that heatsink performs about as good as stapling a cow pattie to your CPU.
