shroud construction

I want to build a shroud for the radiator, because I can't find prebuilt ones online, but I don't want to build some flimsy thing built out of cardboard or plastic. I was thinking of buying some sheet metal from home depot or someplace like that and build it myself but can you post of articles on how to build them I'm not very handy with tools but any help would be helpful thanks again

There have been a few guides for welding / soldering your own shrouds out of sheet metal... but your last statement sorta scares me. If you aren't too handy with tools, you should probably keep with something simple. OR... (free plug) check out Excelsior's shroud'ing service AT:

I just put together a dual 120mm tupperware shroud myself and it works fine. I spray painted it black and it looks pretty clean. Cheap and easy way to make a shroud :)

You could PM Xx~EXCELSIOR~xX about his pre-shrouded heatercores, or you could make a tupperware one. It is by no means flimsy, it is cheap, and it is easy to do...especially if you have no knowledge of tools.

That composite shroud is amazing! I'll have to try that method out. If it works well the results are amazing!
