Can't unlock "Red Devil"

Wow....that doesn't look good at all. I've heard AMD was gonna really lock out their chips...maybe they really are. Anyone else seen this?

Is there any other way to pass the lock? Something like cutting off the pins or connecting with wire? Works stable 700@770 1,6V. I used to have one before. worked @770 1,75V @880 V1,85. I think this might go a lot further... DAMN!
