?nForce2/Dual Channel... 1x512 possible?

Ok, I'm trying to figure this out... I would like end up with 2x512 in the end, but can buy only buy one stick at a time. So, the question is; is it possible to run one stick of 512 dual channel? I don't want to have 2x256 and 1x512 or 4x256, so your knowledge will help me out a lot.

No, you must have two sticks to run dual channel. And IMO, Winbond is the best.

I agree, i would stay away from Samsung and Hynix.
