I currently have:
300 watt athlon approved PSU
Epox 8KTA+ Motherboard
Duron 700@900
196 ram pc100
TnT2 Ultra
2 3com 10\100 Nics
Monster Sound Mx300

Ok, no matter what I do, I cannot get past 900 MHZ, and whenever I try to adjust the fsb, I cannot get it past 102 fsb.
I have also maxed out the voltage on the chip.
Someone mentioned my ran, but the ram I am using was in a P2 system and the ram was running at 147 mhz.
Would I be better off replacing it with pc133 or mushkin 150 mhz ram ??
What could be the problem ?

I don't know much about the epox boards, but your ram should be o.k.. Check it with scisoft sandra to see what the highest rating is for the mem.
Do you have any adjustments for your i/o voltages? If so try 3.5 or 3.6. That should help.

Unless you are running Host+PCI clock, PC133 shouldn't be an issue. What cooling do you have and what are your temp's??
