Well have a Duron 650 o/c to 950 at 1.85v. Yesterday I noticed when on the internet I could'nt see jpegs or see any mpeg files using IE5 but could see gifs. Would run media player for mpegs but it would just show a black screen.Thought it was my video card.Swapped out no change.Swapped out HD no change. Decided to swapped out Duron 650 for a 600 at normal speed to check and everything is fine.Any ideas on what has happened?
Checked for virus which came up nothing. Unlocked Duron 650 with defogger material and don't know if it needs another application or if it's something else. Funny thing is that when I would use Netscape 4.7 I could see jpegs,but when I would upgrade to ver6.0 it would not show jpegs. They look like million different colored dots. I'm stumped. Thanks for any input.
