My vid card doesnt fit right in the agp slot

I just stuck this (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.asp?DEPA=&submit=Go&description=Transcend+SIS+315E+3) video card in my 4X/8X AGP Slot on my Soltek SL-75MRN-L.

The video card is a Transcend SIS 315E 32MB SDRAM 4X AGP

The serial port on the card doesnt reach the hole in my case for the agp card.

I need help.

All suggestions and comments are appreciated.

Are you sure the motherboard's mounted perfectly inside the case? That could be your problem.
