Has anyone changed the L2,3,4 bridges

I was wondering if it is possible to cut the L2,3,4 bridges and change the multip. on a Tbird. If it is possible, how do you cut them without cooking the chip?

with latest boards it is not nessasary to change these bridges if your mother board does not suport multiplier changes then ive heard that a dremal will work

My MB doesnt support changing the mult, but taking a dremel to a cpu sounds a little risky.
