is my samsung 3200 256mb good?

I think it sucks if it won't do rated speed!
It might be your motherboard though.. try running memory 400mhz+ at around 166 FSB and make sure you give it 2.9v.

I can use 400 mhz with fsb 170 but with times like 9 4 4 3
my mobo isnt bad, I think...
