5:4 with Kingston pc3200 2x256 (dual channel.)

When I boot into XP normally (stock speed all) everything works fine. but now when i run at 250fsb and boot into windows, my sound is gone? Like the driver is uninstalled or something. i go back to lower setting like 220 or default 200 and its there... wtf.

Ermm i had it set on auto before. now its locked to 66/33. is that how its supposed to be?
sound works now so im happy :)

btw im using the integrated sound chip. why is pci/agp speed affecting it?

even though its integrated its still using the pci bus, you were overclocking it, and it didnt like the out of spec speeds.
