Anyone using TC4 on 8RDA+?

I just bought this waterblock this week, but so far, not getting really good result. I think I did something wrong on the set up. So could anyone show me a picture of your set up or tell me which one is inlet which one is outlet?

I don't think it matters on that block, try reseating the block and are you using a good thermal compound?
