Darn, My First RMA / Question About Googlegear

Well, I figured it would happen sooner or later.
I bought Windows XP Pro from Googlegear and it wouldn't install. I look on the back of the cd and it looked like the burn was warped. Not the plastic itself. It was an OEM.
So I called and got an RMA and will send it back
Does anybody have experience with software RMA with Googlegear? I hope it will go smoothly.

Smooth as a babies bottom. I had a RMA on a gfx card i had ordered that was DoA and had my new one asap no problems.

I checked thier site and see that they recieved it on the 15th. I hope to get it back some time this week. We'll see.
