I want to overclock my 1.2Ghz T-Bird, only I'm not sure what to set the voltage at. How would I know what voltage the chip should run at?

128 Megs 133Mhz RAM
Annihilator 2

Check out your CPU distributors web site. Normally they will post specs on voltage and temps for you, if that doesn't work and you can't find any answers anyplace else start out slow, overclock first without moving the voltage, see if that does it, if not move the voltage up just a notch eventually you'll get there. If it won't post properly after you save to BIOS clear the CMOS and give it a shot til you make home.

Keep an eye on those temps, don't let it run to spicy!

Don't ever buy anything from Upgradeplanet.com, those lazy asses. I ordered a cpu from them last thursday, its tuesday, and they still haven't shipped it!!!

what temps are you running at? if you have good enough cooling, you can safely take the voltage up to the max of 1.85V. To overclock it you will need to close the L1 bridges if you haven't already, then you can increase the multiplier (only up to 12.5 though) and fsb.

good luck!
