HELP!!! Athlon 650@825mhz with 127mhz FSB, I can get no more!! Help!!

I have my clasic athlon at 825mhz, with 2/5 cache, and 127mhz FSB. If I go to 128, I can't boot. This thing has it in it to go to 133fsb. What can I tweak to get it there. I got 192mb PC-133 ram. Abit KA7-100 motherboard. TY bios, and it won't do anything over 127mhz fsb. It won't boot up or even POST!!!. Im almost at 133...
Im using an Alpha heatsink for cooling and temps are NOT a problem.
I am going to remove my plasitc case off the cpu, will that help?

Indeed, go get that GFD. You got it already? Look below what it did to my poor Athlon 500! Did 750 GORB cooled, doesn't that say enough?
