I used to have an old gforce 2 mx 400 running on my old system that ran tv out and i fried it from overclocking. Is there any one who makes a dedicated video out card? i could buy a cheap gforce 2 mx but ehh

if you get an 8500 all in wonder it will have TV out. and video in. most new cards have tv out. i think you may be able to get a TV tuner card that would have it but since you fried your old card may as well get something new with it included.
I think ATI video cards have a very good quality TV-out signal. The image is much better than the one of Nvidia cards.
Why don't get a cheap 9000pro or something like that. 3D performance will be Ok and you'll get a nice image on your TV.

I'm with Yvie, no need for the AIW either, most radeon class cards have good tv out, and seperate "theater" chip for multimedia apps, file player dvd etc... Nifty eh?
