Before upping my voltages, I want to make sure all these settings are correct for optimal overclock performance/stability.

The hardware is:
P4 2.4C, L317, SL6WF. Pack date 6/3/2003.
Abit IS7 Motherboard. Bios 1.3
2x256 Kingston Hyper-X PC3200 (rated 2-3-2-6-1T). Dual Channel.
350w Antec PSU
Open case just for now, stock fans on everything. case fans running as well.

Now for the configs in BIOS. These are options i'm not 100% sure about. Obviously important options I exluded (eg fsb speed and RAM ratio) because I have a general idea how they work and dont need help (but advice would be appreciated :p )

NB Strap: PSB800
AGP Ratio: Fixed
Fixed AGP Frequency: 66/33
AGP Voltage: 1.55v
Hyper-Threading: Enabled
Disable Unused PCI Clock: Yes
DRAM Timings: By SPD
System Bios Cachable: No
Video Bios Cachable: No

Game Accelerator: Auto
Refresh Cycle: Auto
Read Delay (tRD): Auto
Read Delay Adjust (tRDA): Disabled
CPC: Disabled

Integrated Peripherals/Onboard PCI Device/Enhance Performance: Enabled
CPU Thermal Throttle: 62.5%

Right now I can boot but not run stable at anything higher than 250fsb. Temps are looking 'decent' (42 idle, ~60 load according to Winbond  ) So before I start pumping voltage into this thing, just wanna ensure my settings are correct.

No one cares about us :(

Yeah, I get the same readings (1.47 on default.) From what I understand, Abit undervolts, meaning it gives slightly lower voltages than what you set it at. Safety issues I guess.

I have refresh cycle set to NORMAL (Got that from another thread and its working for me)

One problem I just had was NOT post when I set my AGP/PCI to 07/35 vs locked at 66/33. The odd thing is my raptor raid was not even SEEN by the intel SATA raid chip! Was afraid I'd lost it for a minute! Set it back to 66/33 and all is well!
