Cropping videos?

Is it possible to crop the black parts at the top and bottom of videos? What program would I use to do it?

Yep you can. Try Xmpeg, VirturalDUB, and Flaskmpg. One of those does it. You can also look into how to do it at http://www.digital-digest.com/
