is it better to have my CPU fan blowing cool air in or cool air off?? I have a Swiftech MX4000.

air in is considered the best, just try both and see which gets you better temps

Most likely blowing onto the heatsink. But sometimes it works better the other way around. Best idea is to try both ways for a a day or two and see which way works best for you.

aight....thanks guys...I will post my results
You may want to try adding half inch pieces of plastic to all four edges of your fans, and then position the fan to have it suck up. This mimics an Alpha, and could give you some good temps! I would try it, however I haven't gotten my MCX4000 yet.
