Is there any inexpensive tv out solution through pci? Cause i fried my ancient pci gf2 mx which i used for tv out and i need tv out.

Nothing cheap comes to mind unless you can pick up a used PCI card with TV out, somewhere.

I'd say probably another GF2MX with TV-out would be the cheapest.
